bootstrap/cbuild: Use rsync for copying the repository to QEMU

Alexander Richardson requested to merge arichardson/ci-templates:freebsd-fixes-for-dbus-ci into master

This installs rsync on the builder and QEMU, so that we can copy over files while preserving permissions. It also installs git and bash on the FreeBSD VM so those images are more similar to the Linux ones. I am planning to use this to add FreeBSD support to the DBus CI.
