update feed URLs

Erik Faye-Lund requested to merge kusma/planet.freedesktop.org:update-feeds into master

There's a bunch of stuff that's happened to the feeds over the years, which produces errors and warnings while building.

This cleans that up in a few ways:

  • Some URLs were updated to their redirect targets
  • Some were updated after a tiny bit of detective work
  • One was removed on request from the owner
  • The rest were disabled to avoid errors clogging the logs
