add spotify support
Not finished yet as it relies on various env variables (RSPOTIFY_CLIENT_ID, RSPOTIFY_CLIENT_SECRET, LIBRESPOST_USER, LIBRESPOST_PASSWORD) so it's currently not usable out of the box.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
