Draft: review the currently defined jobs on Mesa's gitlab-ci

While the MesaCI jobs aren't providing a way to know from the artifacts where the expectations are stored in the sources tree, it is necessary to maintain this structure to allow the tool to know how to update the expectations on all those jobs.

Where this structure has been reviewed reading the yaml files with the jobs definitions. In the idea to simplify this maintenance the current division by stages, has now a subdivision by yaml files of job definitions.
