Bugfix working branch name

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-collate:bugfix_patch_branch into main

The argument to specify the branch to patch was correctly used to clone and checkout the working repository. But when patched, this information was not used anymore and it created a new branch. This fixes and completes this feature of the branch to patch specification.
