Python module rename

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-collate:project_rename into main

As there is already a PyPI package under the collate name, this module must have a different one, or there could be confusion when installing it.

As this is a module strongly linked with gitlab, the name now has a gl prefix, and it is called glcollate. The command line ci-collate hasn't changed as it has no collision, and the name is descriptive.
