Review the stages with build jobs

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-collate:review_stages into main

iUntil there is a better way to discover which stage is to build artifacts to be used in the test stages, like it happen with the location of the job expectation files, this is hard-coded and it needs periodical reviews.
