Revert "ansible/minio: trigger starting when /mnt/temp is available"

This reverts commit 6aae848e.

It was causing executor to hang for reasons I don't understand, even though minio was technically starting. Anyways, the original intent of this patch was to clean up the minio logs a bit, it crashing on the first attempt to start it was creating noise in the logs. I don't currently deem that important enough to debug / save the trigger patch, so I'm reverting it.
