vivian/integration tests: support printing gitlab CI sections

clayton craft requested to merge craftyguy/valve-infra:vivian-better-logging into master

The section_* functions were copy/pasted from boot2container/initscript.sh

A color different than the one (cyan) used by b2c was chosen so that it's easy to see which sections are from vivian in the CI
