vivian: allow the gateway ovmf file to be named OVMF_CODE.fd instead of OVMF.fd

OVMF.fd is the combination of both OVMF_CODE.fd and OVMF_VARS.fd, but we only care about the CODE here as we're not storing variables (as prevented by readonly=on), and Fedora (which is what we use right now) only provides OVMF_CODE.fd.
