Issue object refresh with iid, and creation timeout

We have a sample of the tool waiting forever for an issue creation.

On one side, there may be some change (as this tool did create issues in the past) and now is mandatory to use the internal id of the issue in the project instead of the general identifier.

But, also, as far as we have a sample of this waiting forever, the timeout (currently 10 minutes) of the pipeline creation has been extended to be also a limit to wait for the issue creation.
