Generate the MRs (and TestFail Issues) to the principal repository instead of the fork

A tree of classes that knows how to work with each pair origin/revision projects to uprev.

Instead of use variables in GitlabCI, use environment in the jobs (that have version control).

Improve the involved tests.

Fix title creations that replace 'revision' and 'origin' project names.

Those titles will have a 'Draft: ' prefix when it is not made by the scheduled pipeline. Improve the collate results to support the changes, and the classes naming.
