Migrate to use the user tokens

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:default_gitlab_token into main

We've used project tokens to work with the branch and the merge requests. But this solution doesn't work to assign labels to those merge requests. Because now there is a definition of an environment variable for the user token, it is useless the assignment used to propagate the project token.
