Give more time to the job to complete

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:increate_uprev_job_timeout into main

We have samples of jobs starting long after the first manual job is triggered. These samples also show that each job in virglrenderer can take too long until a retry. Also, this retry will be sent when all the jobs have finished in the first round.
