Limit the number of reported tests in the MR note

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:limit_MR_note_size into main

When the expectations update is too big, limit the size of the note and report the cut. This change will help to have a readable note size when it's long. But it will also fix the issue of exception creating the note when it is huge.

From issue #17 (closed) but we would promote to bug after saw an example that that make the uprev procedure fail.
