Bugfix merge request pipeline triggered.

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:bugfix_mr_pipeline into main

The tool confused the latest pipeline in an existing merge request and triggered the previous one when the newer one was coming. With these changes, the tool will verify the merge request is pointing to the latest pushed commit.
