Draft: runconfigdiff: filter out the same machines of similar names

If there are any machines that have multiple rows in db but with slightly different names (differed by special signs and upper-lower case inconsistency), then they should be treated as one machine during diff process. Without it runconfigdiffs tend to be unclear in, e.g. "Additional" and "Missing" section of machines.
