Add INTEL_MEI_GSC=m and INTEL_MEI_PXP=m

Daniele Ceraolo Spurio requested to merge dceraolo/i915-infra:add_mei_gsc_to_kconfig into master

MEI-GSC binds to an aux device exported by i915, so we need to include it in our testing to make sure the exporting is working as expected.

MEI-PXP is used by i915 to communicate with the GSC for PXP operations, which include HuC loading on DG2.

CI has been run with these option turned on as part of the DG2 HuC pre-merge run: https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/107477/
