kconfig: Dump current kconfigs used by CI

Arkadiusz Hiler requested to merge ivyl/i915-infra:kconfig into master

There are copied over as they are currently, so we can switch easily to the new location and expect everything to work. There is still a pending cleanup, where we should olddefconfig on more recent Linux and make sure that -gcov and -kasan are based of it.
