drm/selftests: Rename the Kconfig option to CONFIG_DRM_DEBUG_SELFTEST

changed the kernel config option from CONFIG_DRM_DEBUG_MM_SELFTEST.

For the record: This option enables both kms_selftest and drm_mm selftests, neither of which we have been running since that commit.
