openjpeg: Update to 2.5.2

amyspark requested to merge amyspark/cerbero:update-openjpeg-to-2.5.2 into main

Hi all,

This MR should fix the nested RPATH issue linked below. I checked the .pkg contents from the non-marked version of this commit (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/amyspark/cerbero/-/jobs/57077516) and the libopenjp2.dylib file has the correct LC_RPATH entries.
