Draft: Reset subproject recipes when resetting gstreamer-1.0

Nirbheek Chauhan requested to merge nirbheek/cerbero:reset-subproj into main

Otherwise adding patches to gstreamer-1.0.recipe in git mode will change the source code but won't rebuild recipes.

We don't allow patches in gstreamer recipes, but people should be able to add these patches if they need to.
