Update our docker images, only support meson and add required CI bits to build the images with Gilab CI

Add a archlinux docker image on which we run GstValidate tests

Add a allure alpine based image for test results

Images contain the subprojects repos but nothing built.

The idea is to schedule daily builds of the docker images so they are always up to date and included repos are new enough.
