docker/cerbero: Temporarily add nasm to the system setup

Nirbheek Chauhan requested to merge nirbheek/gst-ci:yasm-to-nasm-and-others into master

We will later install it as part of the cerbero bootstrap step when generating the image after cerbero!320 (merged) is merged.

Or whatever the correct method is.
