fdkaacdec: Fix build for fdkaac < 0.1.4
AAC_PCM_MAX_OUTPUT_CHANNELS is only available for fdkaac >= 0.1.4, and earlier versions can use AAC_PCM_OUTPUT_CHANNELS.
