rist: spell and grammar corrects in top comments

Marc Leeman requested to merge den_erpel/gst-plugins-bad:feature/grammar-rist into master

while copying some text from RIST to RTP for the definition of the URI handler some minor spell and grammar fixes were applied. Also, since URI is an abbreviation, it should be in capitals.

Takes longer to write the description than the diff is worth.
