This branch updates the DeckLink SDK to 11.2, and replaces the duplex-mode option by a profile option, to support the new DeckLink 8K Pro.

Please note that there's still some work to do:

update the Windows & OSX DeckLink SDK
test the duplex features
eventualy update the documentation of the profile option?
