qtdemux: add Dolby Vision fourccs

Stéphane Cerveau requested to merge dabrain34/gst-plugins-good:dab_qtdemux_dolby_vision_fourccs into master

This identifiers are registered in the MPEG-RA and defined to be used by the Dolby Vision AVC/HEVC streams.

This is a first step to present the stream to the decoder. Additional box parsing of DOVIConfigurationBox is necessary to complete the media presentation with proper Dolby Vision enhancements.

This MR allows to play this media sample

Not tested with samples for:

  • dva1 DV H.264 av1 based
  • dvav DV H.264 av3 based
  • dvh1 DV H.265 hvc1 based
