cdg: cdgdec: reset interpreter when flushing

Guillaume Desmottes requested to merge gdesmott/gst-plugins-rs:cdg-flush into master

Prevent visual artifacts from the previous position when seeking to a not keyframe.

@slomo : this requires new API in the interpreter: https://github.com/gdesmott/qaraoke/commits/reset but I'd like to be sure that's the right way to do before proposing it.
