Depayloader sets durations on output buffers.
~~Payloader in get_caps() function looks for sprop-stereo in downstream caps, not stereo (this looked like a bug in the C payloader to me)~~ (update: it's actually not, stereo is decoder/receiver preference, and sprop-stereo is likely sender configuration)
