ci: Install the OpenTok SDK in the docker image
A separate patch is requirement (apparently) for changes to the Docker image. This will be used for the OpenTok GStreamer plugin build later on.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
