examples: fix dynamic pipeline example

Gst.Bin.add() takes 2 arguments. Fix the example to give 2 instead of 3.

I'm planning to slowly port the old examples to Gst 1.0, but before that I will make sure the new examples work as well. I'm probably going to do one each day, slow but steady.
