vaapipostproc: handle orientation and navigation events

Víctor Manuel Jáquez Leal requested to merge vjaquez/gstreamer-vaapi:orientation-navigation-events into master

These patches handle the the orientation events from upstream applying the image orientation. There's a patch to change the test for orientation events in vaapisink to use vaapipostproc.

Also there's a patch to handle the navigation downstream events, to map the coordination if scale or flipping is done.

@ullysses.a.eoff: can you help me to test these features?
