GObjectify GstVaapiWindow

Víctor Manuel Jáquez Leal requested to merge vjaquez/gstreamer-vaapi:gobject-window into master

This is another step in the gobjectification of the internal library of gstreamer-vaapi. Now it is the turn of GstVaapiWindow and its derivates.

The idea is to minimize the changeset keeping the same design as much as possible.

The other commits are related with the removal of the custom unref() and ref() functions and the usage of their own log category.
