Suppport multi channel devices

Allow als and light sensor types in IIO_SENSOR_PROXY_TYPE to be split by space.

There are multi channel sensors like the vcnl4040 that provide als and proximity information via the same device but different sysfs files.

This likely can sit here until !298 (merged) is in place.
