Add in_intensity_clear_raw support to detect ALS

I'm not sure what else is required, but this allows the ALS sensor to be detected and used (the proximity sensor is already detected). It seems to be polling too much or have too wide a range of values, as the screen is constantly adjusting brightness under mostly constant light levels.

I believe at the very least I should also add a check for the scale and use the intensity_scale_available file
