Fix for pcode timeouts on BXT and GLK, cmdparser fixes and fixes
for new vbt version on CFL and CNL.

GVT contains vGPU reset enhancement, which refines vGPU reset flow
and the support of virtual aperture read/write when x-no-mmap=on
is set in KVM, which is required by a test case from Redhat and
also another fix for virtual OpRegion.

UAPI Changes:

- Userspace whitelist register GEN9_SLICE_COMMON_ECO_CHICKEN1 for GLK (Kenneth)
- Non-existent PMU counters are not placed to sysfs (Tvrtko)
- Add a note to deprecate I915_SET_COLORKEY_NONE and ignore it (Ville)
	* Intel DDX never ended using it, and implementation was wonky

- Moved away from struct timeval into ktime_t in prep for 2038 (Arnd)

This update to Kselftest consists of fixes, cleanups, and SPDX license
additions.

Fixes for GPU hangs and other bugs around hangcheck and result;
Fix for regression on suspend case with vgaswitcheroo;
Fixes for eDP and HDMI blank screens
Fix for protecting WC allocation to avoid overflow on page vec;
Cleanup around unpublished GLK firmware blobs, and other small fixes.

This also contains GVT pull request mostly with regression
fixes on vGPU display dmabuf, mmio switch and other misc changes.

drm/graphics pull request for v4.16-rc1

- fix lut loading for cirrus

This contains a fix to restrict what lessee can do with masters and
another one when waiting for timeouts on reservation objects.

This contains the backlight portion of Meghana Madhyastha's patch set to
migrate the backlight helpers from tinydrm to the backlight subsystem.

Linux 4.15-rc9

sound updates for 4.16-rc1

The major changes in the core API side in this cycle are the still
on-going ASoC componentization works.  Other than that, only few small
changes such as 20bit PCM format support are found.

Meanwhile the rest majority of changes are for ASoC drivers:
- Large cleanups of some of the TI CODEC drivers
- Continued work on Intel ASoC stuff for new quirks, ACPI GPIO
  handling, Kconfigs and lots of cleanups
- Refactoring of the Freescale SSI driver, as preliminary work for the
  upcoming changes
- Work on ST DFSDM driver, including the required IIO patches
- New drivers for Allwinner A83T, Maxim MAX89373, SocioNext UiniPhier
  EVEA Tempo Semiconductor TSCS42xx and TI PCM816x, TAS5722 and TAS6424
  devices
- Removal of dead codes for SN95031 and board drivers

Last but not least, a few HD-audio and USB-audio quirks are included
as usual, too.

nouveau, i915, vmwgfx and sun4i regression fixes

Fixes for 4.16:

Fixes one Kconfig issue and a enable some panels to work properly.
There is also a fix of error code return in sun4i.

Display corruption regression bugfix with both a prep patch and a
follow-up fix

Final 4.15 drm-misc pull:

Just 3 sun4i patches to fix clock computation/checks.

sound fixes for 4.15

Yet a few small last-minute fixes that should sneak into 4.15:

- Removal of a spurious WARN_ON() triggered by syzkaller
- Fix for ioctl races in ALSA sequencer
- Two trivial HD-audio fixup entries
