allow HFP HF via oFono if native backend disabled this profile

This is a workaround to allow oFono handling HFP HF peer in case native backend disabled handling of this role. Tested with oFono running and

load-module module-bluetooth-discover headset=auto enable_native_hfp_hf=false

Note this change effectively disables second filter in add_card() and now all device profiles we could handle are shown, but those unusable are marked as not available
