evtest 1.34

Harry Cutts requested to merge hcutts/evtest:bump-1.34 into master

The version we're using in Chromium OS is quite old (1.31), so I'd like to update it, preferably including the high-resolution scroll codes I added recently. Any objections to bumping the version?
