Update for all HUTRR

Peter Hutterer requested to merge whot/hid-tools-backup:wip/hutrr-updates into master

I'm assuming the last one added was HUTRR72 because that's what you pointed out in private email. Didn't check for that though, but here's the list of updates from 73 to the most recent 88.

Duplicate handling here is: comment in the hut file, test added, but generally kept the old version unless the HUTRR specifically replaced it. I think in the Water Cooler case (HUTRR81) you just used a 'old version / new version' usage name. Do you prefer that instead?
