Add lshid cli tool

This is heavily inspired on lsusb.

Motivation: Easily identify HID devices. For ex. in libratbag we receive a lot pull requests with the USB PID as shown in lsusb, if we make it clear it works on HID devices (and point to lshid) people may get less confused. Other thing is that when adding new Logitech wireless devices we need to ask users for the log to find out the PID of the hidraw node, this makes it easier.
