Check for pytest-3 under different names

Jason Gerecke requested to merge jigpu/hid-tools:dynamic-pytest into master

On Arch Linux, the pytest binary is what you need to run. Have the Makefile check for pytest-3 and pytest in that order, and use whichever we find.
