Draft: bpf: add a BPF fixup for the XPPen ACK05 remote

This remote is a classic button box, and it exports the regular keys as various key sequences.

Convert it into a proper tablet pad, and report BTN_0 -> BTN_9 for the key presses, and wheel events like any other tablet pad.

We make the assumption that only one key can be reported at a time. -> we report all keys as they are pressed now.

@Deevad, this is a WIP, but should work in case the device only supports one key at a time.
