Support XP-Pen 14 Pro (gen2) w/ both buttons and tilt comp.

This change does couple of things:

  • It adds the USB IDs for the 14" inch variant of XP-Pen Pro gen2
  • It fixes the descriptor for the 14" screen space
  • It adds tilt compensation so the cursor does not travel when the pen is tilted on the screen! The magnetic center of "gravity" moves, but the angle sensors allow compensation via basic trigonometry.
