Some random small fixes

Benjamin Berg requested to merge benzea/misc-cleanups into master

The most important part here is the file_storage commit which ensures the FpPrint has the correct username/finger after loading from disk.

Other than that, just an error message improvement and showing a backtrace if a test times out.
