patchwork-integration: Only set the checks for the last patch

Ricardo Ribalda Delgado requested to merge check-last into main

Most of the tests run on the tree after the last patch has been applied. Let's send the check to only the last patch to avoid confusions and a storm of checks to patchwork, that sometimes has difficult to diggest and treats us (US!) like scammers.
