Draft: Expose IMU preintegration to Monado

This unifies the IMU integration procedures in the Monado tracking pipeline, hopefully reducing drift: https://youtu.be/qo30_nlO-KE

This initial prototype presented some undesirable lag compared to the current pipeline with two different IMU integration streams. Needs more work.
