When and how to update these files?
The steps for generating this patch:

• Switch to freedesktop drm-next kernel branch (https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm/drm);
  
• Install the headers via `make headers_install';
  
• Copy from kernel "include/uapi/drm/amdgpu_drm.h" to libdrm "include/drm/amdgpu_drm.h";
  
• generate the patch;
