tests/util: add tidss driver

Francesco Valla requested to merge valla.francesco/drm:main into main

Add an entry for the "tidss" driver, so that the test utilities work with this driver without passing the -M argument.

This was tested on a BeaglePlay, equipped with TI AM625 SoC.
