drivers: update links to virgl, anv and amd drivers

The VirGL docs has been migrated to docs.mesa3d.org now, so let's update our link on the front-page as well.

While we're at it, also update the link to the ANV docs, as we've had an article for that for a while now. Also, add a link for the AMD gallium drivers.
